Kindergarten Immunizations

Kindertgarten Immunizations 2025-26

State law and health regulations require students to be properly immunized and provide verification to attend school unless they are medically or religiously exempt. In which case they would need proper documentation on file.

Children attending school must be immunized against Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B and varicella.  All students are required to provide documentation that states the month, day, and year the vaccine was administered.

An up-to-date copy of your child’s immunization record is needed by September, 2025 or your student will not be able to return to school until a proper record is received by the school.

You can have your doctor’s office fax to the school at 573-581-3175 or email them to the MELC Nurse.
