Summer school classes will be held Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 26, 2026.

Student Attendance Times: 

• Elementary & MMS: 7:54 AM - 3:00 PM
• MHS: 7:45 AM - 11:15 AM and 11:45 PM to 3:15 PM

Locations: 

• Grades K-2 Hawthorne Elementary
• Grades 3-5 Eugene Field Elementary
• Grades 6-8 Mexico Middle School
• Grades 9-12 Mexico High School

Breakfast and lunch are free to all children through age 18. Mexico Public Schools is an equal opportunity provider.

There will be no school on Friday, June 19 due to the Juneteenth holiday. 

The last day of summer school (June 26) will be a half-day.  Elementary and middle school will dismiss at 12:30, and the high school will dismiss at 12:45. 

Transportation information for summer school students was distributed via printed letter with students during the last week of school. If you have questions about transportation, please contact Central Office at 573-581-3773 ext 7422. 

Summer school class assignments will be available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal at the end of May.
