Building the Future Workforce: Freshman Manufacturing Day Tours

October 10, 2025 – The Mexico High School freshman class is got an inside look at the world of modern manufacturing! Students toured local facilities in small groups, watching cutting-edge processes in action, and exploring real-world career paths.
Manufacturing Day (held nationwide on the first Friday in October) highlights today’s advanced manufacturing careers and energizes the future workforce by opening company doors to students, parents, and educators. With new technologies come new opportunities, and a growing need for skilled problem-solvers ready to pursue them.
