September 23, 2026 – Mexico High School is ready to roll the dice on Homecoming 2026! This year’s theme, “The Board is Set, Game On!”, brings a board-game twist to a full week of Bulldog traditions on Friday, October 9.

The Homecoming Parade will begin at 3:00 p.m. with Grace Troesser serving as this year’s Grand Marshal. Each class will bring a different classic board game to life with its float: seniors will feature Candyland, juniors will take on Monopoly, sophomores will showcase Clue, and freshmen will feature Trouble.

Parade participants should line up beginning at 2:00 p.m. and enter through the circle drive at Mexico High School. School-affilated organizations interested in joining the parade may complete the Homecoming Parade Entry Form and check the parade lineup to see which board-game themes have already been claimed.

The Homecoming celebration continues Friday evening when the Mexico Bulldogs take on the Rolla Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students, while guests ages 65 and older are admitted free. A special section of the home stands, typically on the south side, will be marked for MHS alumni.

This year’s Homecoming Queen candidates are Joslyn Clay, Charley Jackson, Aleigha Henderson, Carlie Edwards, and Brenda Matuz.

Bulldog fans can also get into the Homecoming spirit with an official Homecoming T-shirt. Orders must be placed by October 1.

From the parade to Friday night football, the board is set for another great MHS Homecoming. Game on, Bulldogs!
