During the ceremony, students were reminded of the four pillars represented in the NHS emblem: scholarship, service, character, and leadership.

They spent time learning more about specially designed instruction and how to make sure every student’s IEP plan is followed in the best way possible.

Students in grades 3–5 are learning how to make smart food choices and stay safe in the kitchen through "Healthy Snacks–Kitchen Safety."
